Oh boy. I'd say sit down for this one, but that's the position that got me in this mess.

Guys, I broke my celibacy. Hear that? I took my self-righteous dinger out for a dong.

For starters, I'm blaming my six-hours sitting on an inter-continental flight I took in April to see an ex. Despite my pinky-promise not to get intimate with him, somehow, hitching a $300 flight and suffering through its adult-stroller seats and stale everything provoked the compromising deed.

Barely 12 hours after I'd touched down, we ended my sex-free marathon, which was set to finish in November. As I'd hoped, my ex and I easily found our groove. But despite reveling on common ground, I couldn't shake that I was back there again, huffing up our love, and to my surprise, utterly faking its pleasures!

Strange. It took me going all the way to realize I had become the A-student actress I had started my celibacy in order to teach. Finally, I found the woman who harbors real love in more pockets than one.

See, between my Tyra Show visit and the re-opening of my great walls, February sweated by in a wild, repressed fever. Ahhh, but March--the cosmic month of rebirth--unearthed many revelations about my life and purpose. Thanks to that and some lone candle-lit diary writing, I was out of my funk by April and on to realizing new visions. One of them is a Guatemalan man who deliciously reminds me nothing of my ex.

Yet I never anticipated this strong woman's dilemma, when a woman finally goes and gets herself a life but feels she's gotta show it off to her ex. You know... like a kid after college..."Look Ma, I can pay my rent without you now!"

That being the case, ending my celibacy felt worse than mowing the lawn with nail clippers. Still, and I'm not gonna lie-- chores, however dirty, have a way of making you feel you play a part in the whole.

But after mucking up, I had more tears to clean than pride in my work.

And most important, I finally got over him.

So why should I continue this embargo on my sex life when I finally fixed the problem behind it?

With May heating up, it may be time to find a new partner to negotiate a trade agreement with.
