Hey Tyra, this is my first time writting in your website. I love ever so dearly and I live in New York as well. I wish you could come to my school and I bet no one would mess with me. By the way I am a Transgendered person but I am still not on pills or able to express myself freely. But I am out and open but lately people have been getting the urge to hit me and stuff. hi tyra IM DAESHA STURDIVANT i watch your show everyday and today it really just touch me i really appreciate how you get it to the world not just the world but the nation on how much gay teens go through not being accecpted and or regonize, the sterotypes, the confusions, the fights, the loosing your family just because we want to be our self and do what we feel like makes us happy .i am a gay teenage girl i live in charlotte n.c and i established i was gay when i was in the 6/7 grade growing up living a hard life and i thought it was just a phase as everybody says but it was more than that when i found my first love that was girl and i new it was real to this day anybody reading this never let anybody get in the way of what you feel or how you live because what you feel must be real thank you (PRIDE TO ALL MY GAYS,BISEXUALS AND TRANSGENDER )
omg when i saw the show it touch me...i am a 19 year old lesbian who struggles everyday just as much as young gay boys...i've been in a relationship for a long time now and my wife and i are not able to walk down the street and hold hands because of the looks and comments we always get. i am also from newark and to see that im not the only one here that goes through it makes me better. i wish to one day meet the family at the house of jourdan so that i can be able to finally be who i really am and finally smile and hopefully fit right in...having this show has hleped me see that there are others and there is hope...thank you so much...
