Hey, i saw tuesdays show about being gay in spanish harlem and it's amazing that in the year 2008!!!!! we are still thinking this way!!!!!! Its true about what tyra said, about african americans and latinos! Im mexican and i told my mom that im bi and she wil sometime say "ok" and sometimes she will act like i never said anything. back in middle school and high school, my escape was my room and i can relate to some of the things that were said on the show, because people can and will be very ignorant and will only say these things. WHo am i to put anyone down for the way they look, act, or dress? im no one, and people should look at the way they live and what is wrong in there lives!!!!! im 23 and just about a year ago i accepted myself for who i am and not for what my family or friends or "society" wants me to act. W should live life and i know it sounds easy to say but we shoud care much less about what other people say about us. Dude, we have every right to be here as much right that a small animal such as a ant has, and no one should say anything about us. Guys dont be afraid to be who u r, its like trying to cover the sun with one finger, its impossible and its there and we all have to be ok with it!!!!!!! people we should be united as one and not as "sections" Write u later

I'm a heterosexual female and I will aways be that way, but I do have a gay friend, even if he doesn't accept that fact abot himself. He once told me that he believes he is gay; but he is still in denial about that. He dates girls, but never has a long relationship with them and doesn't seem interested in them at all. His parent are conservative-republican, Southern Baptists people and they probably won't accept him at all. At one time, they wouldn't accept me as his friend because I was African American. And they probably still don't.
