I have a problem with stretch marks. I have big legs for my size and have always been self conscious about them. Now that I have marks, I never wear shorts but would love to. Does Dermablend work for stretch marks also?

Hi Tyra, Thought I would chime in...I'm actually getting laser treatment on my legs for scarring. It's really expensive..$500 a session. I've had two sessions aready and have already noticed a difference. For those like me, who are really self conscious, I'd say its worth it. I would like to try out Dermablend as well...where can you buy it?

Hello Ladies: I have spider veins on my thighs and they are very unattractive. I didn't notice these until after I had my son 13 years ago, as well as when I used to run track in high school. I heard that you get these from standing a lot without support stockings. Growning up in the south (Louisiana) I notice that a lot of older women had these on the count of having job that they stood up most of the day. I've been wanting to get these laser removed, but I notice from someone else that J.C. Pennys have a cream to cover these. I'm going to try it out. Much Love Tye - Bay Area (California)

Sherrie, Dermablend will work on all skin color (or most). I don't have spider veins but I do have some scarring and a few minor stretch marks that I like to have covered for the summer. I just recently bought my first tube of Dermablend over the counter from JC Pennys actually and they helped me find a color that best match my skin tone and I can't wait to try it out for the beach. Its an easy temporary fix if you don't want to undergo laser treatment. I plan on getting laser treatment in the near future but in the mean time dermablend is a great quick fix.

Getting spider veins from crossing your legs is just a myth. They are actually hereditary. They also can occur during pregnancy and in people who have jobs where they stand or sit for long period of times. They are due to weak vein walls and valves.

Would Dermablend work for African Americans? ( Caramel skinned sisters such as myself :-)

Hi Tyra. i've read the ladies comments about spider viens and i must say that it's not by crossin your legs but is hereditary. the concelear sounds great but for some people who can't afford it, i recommend to do a lot of leg excercise. toning the muscles have helped me out a lot =)

i also have the same problem as Jessica, and i also heard that its from crossing your legs, but honestly, it's a habit thats really hard to break..

tyra so i got spider veins pretty bad on my lower legs. Iv been told it was because of crossing them, and i cross them alot. But i think its really gross. I pry will never wear anything that shows my legs again. My plan is to cach myself crossing my legs and stop myself lol.
