I watched your show the week of Feb. 10th (I believe it may have been on the 13th)and the show was about self help. What I'm interested is the woman who said she doesn't like to go to the gym for various reasons and so you brought out a machine that if you are on it for 10 minutes you would get the same benifit as if you were on a high speed treadmill for an hour. I'm interested in the name of the machine and where I can locate it.

hey tyra; i have never really had a problem with my body until recently. i am 14 years old.. i am 100 pounds with an amazingly fast metabolism. and i am 5'9 and a 1/2 i TOWER over all my friends.. people say i am pretty but i know they are just saying that to be nice.. i want people to notice me for who i am.. not what my size is but i don't know how to. thanks; Alana
 
hey tyra first of all my big problem is my tummy and my huge thighs but i am not trying to lose weight that is not my intention i just want my tummy and thighs to be smaller and yes i am a little over weight i am 5feet and weigh 125lbs
 
Hi Tyra, Im Myranda and im 14 going to be 15 on October 17. Im not fat, but i wieght 125 and im 4'11 so for me i feel like huge cow. I've always been really self consious of my wieght, Im OCD about it. I count calories and I stress out if i go over, and the stress just makes me eat more. Im determined to loose those 25 pounds and be 100 lb at 4'11 Is that okayy and how should i loose the wieght because i want to loose the wieght in a healthy way not in an unhealthy way, but im determined to loose the wieght one way or another!
 
hey Tyra. I love your show it really deals with a lot of issues that us teens can relate too. It's a struggle to lose weight. I've tried jogging around the block, simply walking, crunches, sit-ups and all of that. IT DOESN'T HELP!!! (well for me at least). I've always wanted to do a hip hop dance class or something, just to keep me energized and still have fun. But they usually cost a lot just for a few hours. Have any tips on how to keep in shape and still have a good time?
 
hey tyra, first i like to say that i love ur show and ur a great roll model. My name is Camile and i'm 14 going on 15 in july 27. I have so many streach marks around my stomach and arms. So when i go to the beach i dont want them to look at my streach marks and say ewwww, she has strach marks around her stomach. I want them to say dang she's HOT. I hope you can help me..PLEASE before my birthday...

hi tyra im 15 yars old and 1 weigh 183, i gained 30 pounds and i need help on how to lose them...my problem is that when i see people eating i dont get hungry but i just go on and eat with them and thats whats geting me fat...but just cant stop i need help and i have faith that your the one that can help me!!thanx
 
Hey Tyra! Ive been watchin ur show alot lately and I really do like it! (And u of course) But I am (idk how many pounds exactly) overweight and its hard for me to lose weight. I exercise 5 days a week and about an hour a day. I am 15 years old (goin on 16) and I understand why people say eat good foods and exercise daily but that doesnt really help me. The good foods part is my problem b/c I really do eat alot when im not hungry and when I am hungry. One day I would love to look like the girls that I see at my school or the one in the picture. If u can help me Tyra I would really appreciate it. PS well its not really jus me that wants to lose weight in my family. Its the womens side too. We really need help Tyra! Hey Tyra, i love ur show i watch it every chance i get. I av a problem with my stomach mainly, i workout 3-4 times each week for 2hrs at the gym but i seem the to losing everythingelse except my stomach. I eat very healthy plenty fruits n vegs and lots of water. What advice do you av for me to get a toned, sexy stomach? And what exercises are good for it.

( 125 and now iam 165 ! ) my mom thought i was pregnant because i gained so much weight. and iam FOURTEEN! yes, i know . Anywho i really hope this works because i am not comfortable with my weight now!

hi tyra ihave a problem with my stomach weight and i cant seem to bet rid of it i also have a digestive roblem its hard sometimes for me to go to the bathroom withouy having to take a laxative which is also causing me to have bad headaches .can you help me please?
