Ma'an, i really dont know how to start.....MY MOM IS THE BEST! she has been really strong. I admire her for everything she has done and for being brave enough to hold on and push through in things that have happened. Doctors have found something (which they dont know what it is) in her mother and she has been strong enough to cope with that.. my mama deserves the world. I honestly dont know how she pushed through in her brothers death...they were sooo close..she would do her best not to show it, even though she would break down at times, but i know she must have been bleeding on the inside! She is the cheese to our macaroni...the pepperoni to our pizza!! she is our everything, she has done soooooo much for us and she tries to help anyone she could possibly help, she is always worrying about others instead of herself! My mom is the one that helps me keep my head up high, she especially helped me pull through when my teacher passed away! I would just like to say..I LOVE YOU MOM! i will always be here for you and i would give you the world if i could, but since i cant, you'll always have my love!!!! =) ~KrYsTy

Hey Tyra, Something that I think is VERY important to remember this mothers day is that not all "mama's" are are biological mothers. I have absolutely no relationship with my biological mother at all. What I DO have is Dora. Dora is the mother of some of my close friends, Jeremy, Kathrine, and Travis. She may not have given birth to me, but she's one amazing woman. She's there for me when I'm sick. She helped me plan my upcoming wedding. She chastises me when I need it, and is never short on the hugs and "I love you's". I just think everyone should remember the "mom" figures in their life this year.
Dear Tyra, Why I love my Mama? Well, I'm almost 12 years old, and my Mama is always there for me. Even though she's always at work, she still comes home and gives me the love I need. (BTW...I LOVE the show, and want to be a model myself.) Oh...I love my mama SOOOO much! ~Annie
my mom says i was a suprise at age 39 she had me after being told she would never have children. after my dad left when i was seven my mom went into overdrive she worked full time loved me unconditionally and took care of my nana who was a stroke victim. i was taught hard work, understanding and love. i got married at 21 and my husband and i moved out of state and then he got so sick he is on dialysis 3 times a week. she moved away from every thing shes ever known and in with us.words cant began to discribe what her being here with me means. she is my strenth and life with out my mom i would be lost
Hey Tyra, My name is jourdyne lester. I'm only 13 but I'm a mature 13 year old. Anyway my mom is sooooo amazing I don't even know where to start so i'll just say stuff. My mom puts up with so much its funny and with me being the only girl in the house she loves to shop for me. Hey Tyra!! I am a huge fan of yours from New Zealand and i try and watch your show whenever i can everyday! I know you and your mum have a incredible relationship with eachother and i'll have to admit that i am envious well the reason why i say this is because my mother and i don't get along maybe sometimes but it's just that she don't wanna sit down and have a mother daughter heart to heart i often have to turn to other's to talk to them about my life situations she has caused me alot of disapointment in my life and i blame her for splitting up with my dad, she has never been there for me, she doesnt wanna bother listening to me when i wanna talk to her about something, she laughed in my face when i told her that i wanted to kill myself!! she's selfish. i know these are strong words but this is how i truly feel about her!!

I could say I love my mother very much! I mean who doesn't? Despite the fact that the only way we get along is if we do not live under the same roof! If i could decribe our relationship now, it would be that we have a great conversations. Growing up was very difficult for myself, I blame my actions for us being so distant with each other. My mother was very very over protective! what mother isn't? But there is a certain line that sometimes shouldn't be crossed. I really had no freedom at all growing up! I think i was the only 18 year old with a 10:00pm curfew! lol... Because of minor things like that i began to lie in order to get a chance to go out or stay out a little later, you know i'm only human right. There's alot that went on behind our relationship. yeah you know i wasn't the perfect daughter i don't anyone is. At the moment we don't live together, it's been a while since we did, i was kicked out of her home at a young age and i think because of that i ended up having a child during that time. I am one of those firm believers that things happen for a reason and i honestly believe that if i were still with her now i would still be treated the same, even at age 20. Don't get me wrong i love my mother to death i really do! she's one of those people who is the glue to keeping the family together! without her i don't think things would ever get done. Now and days she has been struggling with just even buying groceries. I wish i could help her as much as i can
Describing all my mom has done, and how much she means to me would take me an eternity. I can however, write about some of the things that have impacted my life. In the year 2001 my dad was placed in disability due to an accident he had while working for an airline company. That same year, my dad got laid off right after the September 11 attacks. My mom at the time only had a 3hr job and she had to pay all the bills. From that moment on my mom started making Tamales (traditional Mexican plate)and selling them at our church. She sold Avon, Tupperware, jewelry, pottery, toys, cheesecakes, carrot cakes, and even cleaning peoples houses. My mom worked and worked endlessly so she could make out the money to support our family of four. Thanks to her, we never went without food, water, and all the essentials. My mom then applied for a manager position in her job and she got it. Now, with a lot of work my family is up on its feet. My dad got a job and we moved to a better neighborhood.Not only that but my mom started two businesses, she now own a flowershop called "G&R Flowers" and a deli called "Fruity Deli-cious". My mom never stops! She is constantly working to give her family everything she can. She is my hero! My best friend! I always tell her that if i turn out to be half the woman she is now i will be a very succesfull woman.
hi tayra, well what can i say i have the best mom in the entire world. she is a woman that has done evrything she can to give me the things i need. She has always been there for me and showed me the right things. Ive been through so much in my young life from an abusive relationship to all my friends turning their bach on me but my mom has always been there to give me love and support. im so thankful for having her as my mom. she is the sweetest person and i just wish that i can be like her someday strong and full of love with a big heart

Hay T, well my mother is the most sensitive and carring person i know, i wouldnt change her for the world she very hard working and the one thats specail about my mom (well dats many things) is that she would teach me philisophical things like it doesnt matter what u wanna alongs u like and love it dnt worry bout the worlod cuz they can hate it or love it . also my mom iz funny and there's no way i can pay her back but ima show her that i understand and i wish that i can do somtine for her but im only fifthteen

Hey tyra :]] My mom Is absolutely amazing and i know alot of people say that but she is. My mom has just had her 5th kid. She doesn't have alot of money but what she does have she spends on all of us. She tells us we are the reason that she stayed with my dad for so long. She just recently got remarried and im glad because she spent nights crying thinking he may never love her enough to make that step. My brother disrespects her all the time and she continually gives him all of her love and gets it shoved back in her face. She gives and never ask for anything in return. Shes an angel i swear and i've never known anyone who didn't love her withing second of meeting her. She doesn't put on that fake perfect mom act like some. She just tries her best and it amazes me everyday. Shes the most selfless person i know. Most of us act like we deserve everything she gives us but i know i couldn't have done anything that good to deserve her. Shes taking care of my sister still and shes 21. My brother who is 18 has been taking all of her money for gas and his car and such. I feel guilty so i dont ever ask for much. I have such big shoes to fill when i grow up and i know i can't even come close but when people tell me i remind them of her it makes me so happy i cant even explain.
