After years as a supermodel, super host and super woman, Tyra has a few tricks up her own sleeve when it comes to dieting.

- Drink a big glass of water before eating and take a sip of water between each bite to limit caloric intake.

- Tyra's Tasty Tidbits: Tyra loves buffets but she only takes a little bit of everything on her first plate and when she goes back for seconds she only takes a little bit more of the things she liked. And when she says a little bit, ladies, she means it. Portion control is your friend!

- Tyra will wage a "Vegan bet" with her friends to see who can stay away from animal-based products the longest. That means no dairy, no meat and lots of fruits, veggies, grains and nuts. But don't forget how many foods include dairy as an ingredient of so be careful or Tyra will out Vegan you too!
