Hey tyra, i am a 15 year old black girl and i know you are mainly focus on modeling, but i am really interested in Acting. I attend a high school for the arts, and i believe i have the talent. Its just the industry is very hard to get into period, but especially for a black teen like my self. I was just wondering if possible you can give me a little advice since you know more about the industry then me. I really want to pursue acting but if i have no future in it i need to stay focus on another career and put aside my dream. Hi Tyra, I am actually writing you to seek help for my 14 years old daughter. My daughter has beening wanting to become a model for years now. I have took her to Barbazon Modeling School but they are asking for so much money, they told me that she has a lot of potential to be a model. Her name is Krystal, she is bi-racial (p.r and black), she is 5' 6" and 100 lb. She is such a good student in school but the only thing is that she really doesn't want to get to involve with anything other then modeling or anything that has to do with fashion. It really makes me sad because I really cant afford to get her things and I dont know what steps to take to help her get a chance to persue her dream. I would like for her to get a chance to at least see if she can make it so she knows in her heart that at least we tried. Oh by the way she really loves your show and ANTM. OMG she has not miss not one cycle of ANTM.

You can be man or lady and of any color and it is not important. If you are nice I will like you. I spent more then a year in each country and got to knoe the people very well. well first off, my parents work so hard to give my brother and I a great life. Well we got scammed so many times it's sad. I remember this one very clearly though. My brother and I were walking one day and these people from International Creative Artists stopped us and said that we had potential. So my parents brought us over there,we auditioned and they said we did great. They put us in thes 7-week classes. We paid like, $400 a month each for the classes. Then we did a photoshoot for out headshots, $700 each. They told us to come every saturday to meet these "Agents" to audition to be their clients. Naturally we never got picked.

Hey Tyra I dont kow if you'll ever really read this but its a try. I can relate to quite a few of your shows and one that comes quickly to mind is teen pregnancy. I got pregnant when i was 16 and now im 19. I chose to keep my son who is turning 2 on Dec. 21st. Another thing is I've just started talking to my (long lost 23 yr old) brother about a month in a half ago who i learned is in the Air Force currently stationed in Iraq and I havent even met him yet but soon hope to. I also havent seen or talked to my biological father since i was about 6 and last seen him when i was about 14. And just a month ago he's tried contacting me for the first time. I was hoping you could email me back about anything really. Hope to hear from you.
