Tyra Washing

STEP 1: Remove makeup with Shu Uemura Skin Purifier "Cleansing Beauty Oil Premium" ($27.50.) Apply to hands and rub together, then place hands on face and rub in a circular motion. Use water to splash the product off of your face. Dab dry with a towel.

STEP 2: Wash face with Aveeno Moisturizing Bar ($3.29.) Tyra uses the bar formulated for dry skin, but they also have bars made for oily, combination and acne skin. Lather a wet washcloth with the Aveeno bar. Scrub face with washcloth, then splash water onto face to rinse off product. Towel dry face.

STEP 3: Finish by moisturizing with Aveda Hydrating Lotion ($30.00.)

Hi! I have really bad acne, and I've had it for years. I've tried everything to get rid of it, and nothing works. Do you have any treatments or can you help me at all ??

Hi Tyra, I want to say that I absolutely LOVE YOU and enjoy your show...I watch every show...(well the first 30 minutes of the shows b/c I'm in college and my classes starts at 10:30...which sucks right!LOL). Well anyway,about the skin... I don't have bad acne but I seem to break out every now and then. At times when I break out, I'm left with dark blemishes on my face. Do you know anyway I can get rid of that? Will your face washing routine help with toning my face? Also, I would like to have smoother skin and a more even tone so I can go without wearing foundation and powder. Please help me get beautiful skin like you with anymore tips you may have. Thanks. Love ya!

Hi tyra! just wanted to start by saying i love your show... I live in canada, and i watch it every chance i get if am not busy with my 5 month old,i had a question on blemishes everytime i get a pemple it leaves dark marks on my face, do you have any tips on what i can use for it.

Hey Tyra, I have a problem with acne and ive tried all kinds of stuff, I was wondering what you do when you get acne? and what kind of face wash do you use? i'm now using Proactiv Solution, and i was wondering if you have ever used Proactiv Solution before and if so, how well did it work for you?. luv always, ~marissa~

Oh God you guys do so much to your skin...I threw out all my products when I realised that toner strips my skin of oil, including natural, and necessary, oil, causing my skin to produce twice as much to make up for the loss. Moisturiser just got under the top layers of skin and acted like water in a sponge by making my pores appear bigger. And cleansers wear just irritating my skin into breaking out more. That or else the breakout would go away, but come back as soon as I stopped using the particular cleanser. I stopped all that, and am better off for it. I use an all-natural cleanser once a day(one with honey, it smells so yummy!). I still break out during my premenstrual cycle, but because that is a hormonal thing, the only way to end that is prescription medication like accutane.

Tyra, I am an Aesthetician, and I really appreciate you showing American how to take care of their face. I can not tell you how many women that I get in my facial room that use bar soap on their face. But I would like to point out my recomendation: Every AM and PM 1. Cleanse your face with an appropriate cleanser. 2. Spray a Toner (not an Astringent!!!!) 3. Apply a small amount of Eye Cream just around the bone 4. Apply Moisturizer Use a Masque to treat your skin type 1 time a week. Also, I believe a facial every 6 to 8 weeks is needed to keep your skin looking it's best. hey tyra well i use notugina clean scrub.... i like it because my face looks so natuural and soft that just sometimes i dont like wearing foundation and powder... wish i like.... but i have questions for u ok how could banish strech marks.... and does it hurt when u wax ur back ..... because i planning to wax my back because im a harry person not that harry but u could see them when u get close...

hi tyra, well i use netutogina pours clean scrub.. it works really well i fell my skin so soft that now i just dont wear foundation and powder... but i have a question for u whats good to take of strechmarks .... oh and does it hurt when they wax ur back...

Hey Tyra, I get dry skin a lot, especially on my face,especially around wintertime. For anyone out there who has a dry skin problem like me, I stick with Cera Ve face wash. It's just a normal hydrating face wash that puts moisture back into your skin. It definetly works and I use it right after Clean & Clear for Sensitive skin. Cera Ve can be found at drugstores like Osco. They also have a Lotion to follow up with the face wash. I haven't tried that one yet, but I'm sure it's worth the money.

Hey Tyra!I have really dry skin and for a while moisturizer was fine to use but jus recently nothing has worked its so bad i cant even put on my makeup. Do you have any suggestions for my problem im in desperate need!!!!
