Hey everybody!
On Thursday, September 21st, I am doing a show on CELEBRITY DIET SECRETS. From time to time, I have tried to lose weight - just a few pounds because I like my curves. Sometimes it was for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Shows. Actually, when I was losing weight for those shows, I was REALLY trying to lose cellulite. People in the audience would be sitting soooo close to the runway, so I would try to get rid of at least a couple of dimples on the backs of my thighs. Usher was in the audience one year and I was soooooo paranoid that he saw my booty dimples. I also try to shed some pounds after the holidays because I always gain about 10 pounds after Christmas and New Year's.
I have always used different methods to shed weight. I have tried the South Beach Diet. That works really well but it's hard for me to keep up with it. I have tried cutting out carbs entirely. That works, but then I start feeling weak and faint and end up having bread attacks where I eat ALL of the bread and butter on the table everyday for 2 weeks!!! I've tried exercising, while still eating all the foods I want. That kind of works, but then I feel kind of stupid on the treadmill after eating a burger with extra cheddar cheese, bacon and a fried egg on it (eggs on burgers is AMAZING.) Oh, and we can't forget an order of curly fries with extra ketchup and a super thick vanilla shake! Then, while I'm on the treadmill all I can think about is how foolish I am for thinking that 20 minutes on the treadmill is gonna burn that burger away!
Now I do this diet where I eat everything I want. I honestly lost 10 pounds in a month doing it, but it's not as simple as it sounds. You gotta watch the CELEB DIETS SHOW on Thursday, September 21st to see how it's done.

My food weaknesses are ice cream (I LOVE ICE CREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), potato chips with French onion dip, BBQ ribs and Bread! Bread, bread, and more BREAD (with extra butter)!!!!!!!! What are your food faves? Lemme know...
