Will the truth set them free?
We'll meet an 11-year-old girl who wrote to Tyra desperately asking for help. Tyra will help confront her mother about parenting. Then, more truth comes out when we meet a handful of guests who, for the first time, will reveal hidden secrets to their mates! One lady is ready to tell her fiancé about her secret second career as a topless masseur. Also, one guest is here to find out the truth: Is his girlfriend cheating on him... with another woman? Lastly, the ex-wife of the DC sniper speaks out for the first time.

"Hi Heather,
I'm writing this blog in complete dismay.
It's ironic, because as you know, I recently celebrated reaching my weight loss goal. Thanks to all of your help, I got my "shape in shape," lost 26 pounds and am now in a healthy BMI range.
I reached my goal two weeks ago, but the day after I lost that last pound, I somehow found myself celebrating at the buffet.
I thought to myself: "No biggie, I deserve it!" But everything slowly but surely went downhill from there. Day by day, I've been indulging in those unhealthy foods that got me in this whole predicament.
I'm afraid that I'm going to have a complete relapse and go back to my old eating habits. I've worked really hard for the past few months to achieve my weight loss goal. I don't want the pounds to start creeping back up on me.

• A tax credit could save thousands of dollars
• The various education tax credits are related, but different
• Taxpayers should determine if they are eligible for these credits
The United States Senate and House of Representatives approved the Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997 and it became Public Law 105-34 on August 5, 1997. P.L. 105-34 includes a number of benefits to taxpayers and includes a tax incentive available to students of all ages: the Hope Scholarship and Lifetime Learning Credit.
On February 17, 2009, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) was ratified. ARRA included changes affecting education tax credits. One of the changes included the phasing-out of the Hope credit and implementing the American Opportunity Credit starting in 2009. "The American opportunity tax credit, which expanded and renamed the already-existing Hope credit, can be claimed for tuition and certain fees you pay for higher education in 2009 and 2010," states the official IRS site.
How much of my educational expenses can be covered?
Psychotherapist Dr. Garry Corgiat is an expert on addiction and offers this insight into addiction and obsessive behavior.
1. Remember, all addictions don't start out as an addiction, they start out as behavior that makes us feel good, or takes away our focus on what makes us feel bad. It is an action that relieves our pain and anxiety, or distracts us from something else in our lives, like low self-esteem, a bad relationship, or a bad job. An addiction is a behavioral disease that grows stronger over time.
2. There is a crossover point when we can't stop the behavior anymore, even if we want to, wish we could, or think we should. What we could once control now has control of us. We start to accommodate it by lying, and keeping secrets to support continuing it. We lie to ourselves by rationalizing or denying, and we hide our behavior from others because we know deep down inside that there is something wrong with it. Still, we can't stop thinking about it, or doing it.

Losing sucks.
As someone who has competed, coached and rooted for teams, I can tell you it's a pretty bad feeling. But defeat doesn't just occur in sports; we can suffer it in regular, everyday life as well - as we all know firsthand.
There is no way to get through life without defeats, setbacks and pitfalls... in fact, those "losing" moments actually make us better and help us to enjoy our victories that much more. The idea that whatever doesn't kill us makes stronger, and that our greatest accomplishments come out of our most bitter defeats -- it's nothing new.
